MSHP Officer Scott Rawson interviewed Frankie Garrett on 2/10/16 at 0523 hours. 

“4. When confronted, XXXXX denied any involvement with XXXXX going 
missing and further stated he did not believe anyone at the house did anything to XXXXX. XXXXX stated XXXXXX is obsessed with cars and keys and he felt XXXXX would get into a vehicle somewhere.”

     SS: So your kind of thoughts was he just got out the front door. Took off. 

     JG: That was my initial version…yeah…initial reaction. 

     SS: Since you guys didn’t find him and then it took so long to find him, kind of what is your thought process now? 

     JG: I don’t know. For a kid to get that far away…it’s…I don’t know what to say.
 
     SS: Do you know where he was found at? 

     JG: I don’t know where he was found at but I mean he wasn’t around there anyway that anywhere that I know of.
