Three-year old Titus Tackett was reported missing at 1:14 in the morning on February 10, 2016 in Ironton, Missouri. He was clad only in a pair of underwear and was not wearing shoes or socks. The temperature was around 15 degrees at midnight. There was no snow on the ground. The moon phase was waxing crescent with an illumination of 5%.

Titus was found dead at 11:00 a.m. on February 10 inside an unlocked van about a mile from the house where he was last seen.

Local law enforcement likes to believe that Titus walked to the van. The Missouri State Highway Patrol believes he was put there.
